• prepare wedding day itinerary

Wedding Day Services: review and coordinate, ceremony & reception • distribute final payments to vendors • services of 1 consultant on your wedding day • prepare cake for couple to take home • distribute tossing items • wedding day emergency kit • load décor/gifts into designated car

The Checkered Butterfly Package:
Do you have all of your vendors picked out, contracts signed, and most everything else prepared? Do you want to sit back and relax on your wedding day and leave all of the logistics to someone else (not your friends and family)? Butterfly Weddings & Events will handle all of the wedding day details per your specifications. From wedding ceremony etiquette to troubleshooting any problems which may arise, we are available to make your day sparkle.
Includes: 1 hour meeting to finalize details, and 6 hours on your wedding day.

The Painted Lady Package, our most popular:
The Painted Lady package offers you complete peace of mind. Our professional wedding consultants will assist in locating vendors, coordinate and direct your wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception. All aspects of your wedding will be handled with the utmost care so that your special day is enjoyable. So, sit back, relax, and leave the work and worries to Butterfly Weddings & Events!
Includes: (2) 1 hour planning session, vendor referrals, create room and ceremony layouts, 2 consultants on your wedding day, 1 hour rehearsal coordination and 8 hours on your wedding day, transporting of needed items to reception site, assist with clean-up

The Monarch Butterfly Package:
This package is complete wedding coordination plus decorating. Relax while we handle all of your wedding day details and feel confident your wedding will look and feel the way you wish. We are here to help with the look, scheme and set-up of wedding décor.
Includes: Checkered Butterfly Package, vendor recommendations, plus 1 hour meeting to discuss decorating options and 1 hour meeting to finalize details. Ceremony Decorating: set up aisle decorations, programs, unity candles, guest book or additional accessories Reception Decorating: set up linens & chair covers, centerpieces, candles, menu cards, favors, place cards, card boxes, candy buffets, or other decorations you desire. Our decorators will arrive 2 hours before the ceremony begins and will ensure clean-up after reception ends.
